Wealth Ideas Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Performance Disclaimer

  • Wealth Ideas does not warrant or guarantee conversions, return on investment (ROI), or specific costs associated with advertising campaigns. The client should acknowledge that performance results may vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to Facebook and Google policies and updates.

Payment Terms

  • Payments for our services are required to be made upfront. This ensures a seamless initiation of the services without any interruptions. By making an upfront payment, clients confirm their commitment to avail the services for the stipulated period. Any additional services or extensions beyond the original package will be subject to separate billing and payment terms.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund Within 24 Hours: The Client is eligible for a 100% refund if a request is made within 24 hours of payment. This allows for any immediate changes in circumstances or errors that may have occurred during the payment process.

Partial Refund After Ads Sent for Approval or Post-Payment Period:

  • If a refund request is made either after the advertising campaign has been sent for approval, or after the 24-hour period post-payment has elapsed, a 0% refund of the total paid amount will be issued. This considers the work, time, and resources the Service Provider has already invested in setting up the campaign and preparing the ads for approval.

Minimal Refund after Service Fee Deduction and Time Calculation:

  • If a refund request is made after the launch date and the service fee has been deducted, the refund amount will be calculated as 1% for every day left of the total paid amount. This formula reflects the costs associated with setting up, managing, and running the advertising campaign.

This policy ensures that the refund amount fairly accounts for the actual service period during which the ads were active and the Service Provider’s resources were committed.

Non-Renewal and Forfeiture of Payment

In the event that the Client does not renew their advertising campaigns within a three (3) month period from the date the last advertisements were stopped, or if the Client never initiates the running of the advertisements, the entire amount paid by the Client to the Service Provider will be forfeited. Under these circumstances, no credit, refund, or other compensation will be offered to the Client.

The Client acknowledges this policy and agrees to accept the consequences of non-renewal or non-usage of the services provided by the Service Provider. By making a payment, the Client understands that they are committing to utilize our Services as stipulated in this agreement and failure to do so within the prescribed timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

This provision is intended to ensure that Wealth Ideas is compensated for its time, resources, and services provided, irrespective of the Client’s utilization of the advertising campaigns. The Client understands and agrees that the Service Provider’s obligations and liabilities cease after the three (3) month period if the advertising campaigns are not renewed or never run.

By availing of the services provided by Wealth Ideas, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, including this Non-Renewal and Forfeiture of Payment clause, and any subsequent modifications or updates thereto.

Service Period

  • The service period consists of 28 active days.
  • A day is considered active and part of the service period when the ads have spent any money above $0.
  • If a client decides not to run ads due to issues from their end, those days would be counted as an active day and added to their service period.

Package Duration

  • The standard duration for all our service packages is on a monthly basis. This means that services are designed to span a month from the date of activation. Exceptions to this monthly duration are only applicable if explicitly mentioned in the package details or if a different duration has been mutually agreed upon between the client and the service provider.

Client Responsibilities and Liability Limitations

  • The Client is responsible for providing a legitimate account, ensuring compliance with Facebook and Google policies, and using authentic credentials when using services that doesn’t involve the use of the Service Provider’s accounts. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of purchased or fake accounts.

Campaign Setup and Optimization

Client shall grant the Service Provider a reasonable amount of time to set up, learn from, and make adjustments to advertising campaigns in order to optimize performance.

Concurrent Campaigns

Clients are advised not to run their own advertising campaigns concurrently with the Service Provider’s campaigns to avoid under-delivery of ads and potential negative impacts on performance.

Service Period, Fees, and Cost Guarantees

The service period, fees, and cost guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and may be limited or modified based on specific circumstances and factors.

Platform-Specific Services

Services are strictly platform-specific. Once a service package for a particular platform (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google) has been purchased by the Client, it cannot be transferred, altered, or switched to another platform midway through the service period. The Client acknowledges this restriction and agrees that if they wish to use the Service Provider’s services on a different platform, a separate service package must be purchased for that specific platform. Any requests for platform changes during an ongoing service period will not be entertained or granted.

3rd Party Liabilities

The Service Provider does not hold liabilities arising due to 3rd party services including advertising platforms, hosting servers, payment processors or any vendors not directly under the administration of the service provider

Service Provider’s Rights

The Service Provider reserves the right to deny services to any individual or entity at its sole discretion and to utilize the results of advertising campaigns for promotional purposes.

Policy Compliance

Clients shall ensure that their business, websites, and advertising campaigns comply with all applicable Facebook and Google policies and guidelines.

Use of Campaign Results for Marketing and Advertising Purposes

By paying for the service, the Client expressly authorizes and grants permission to the Service Provider to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any data, results, statistics, or other information generated from the Client’s advertising campaigns for the Service Provider’s own marketing and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, case studies, testimonials, and marketing materials. The Client understands and acknowledges that this authorization is irrevocable and continues indefinitely, unless the Client expressly revokes this authorization in writing.

Payment and Refund Timeframes

Payments and refunds are subject to specific timeframes and conditions as set forth herein. The Service Provider shall process approved refunds within a reasonable time period, not to exceed seven (7) working days.

Account Bans and Ad Disapprovals

  • The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues arising from account bans and ad disapprovals. However, the Service Provider shall not be held responsible for account bans resulting from non-compliance with Facebook or Google policies, nor shall it be responsible for refunds in such circumstances.

By utilizing the services provided by Wealth Ideas, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and any subsequent modifications or updates thereto.
